Travertine Shower Restoration
What a find ! We have a lot of travertine in our home on floors and bath showers. In the past, we have used other companies, who left our stone discolored and looking "dingy". Blain at Gold Standard did an EXCELLENT JOB !!! Stone looks and feels like NEW. Stone and grout are super clean and feel like new. It's totally stress free to work with someone who has experience in the field; uses professional products and equipment; and has a very pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. Almost forgot to mention that his prices are about in the "middle" of the field and WORTH EVERY PENNY.
Granite Counter Polishing
We had a couple of pits filled in our granite countertops, you would never know that they were there now. We also had them cleaned, resealed, and polished. Blaine was a pleasure to work with. He's very professional, detailed, and overall does a great job. Nice to know who we'll work with going forward.
Fantastic Grout Cleaning in Austin TX
Fantastic! My grout was so stained that I was sure it could not be restored. Today it looks brand new. The customer experience could not have been better. Blain arrived on time, discussed each room to be treated, and meticulously protected my floors and possessions. We jointly decided that some of the estimated work was not necessary, so the job cost less than the estimate! Overall, I could not be happier on all aspects.

Tile Floor Cleaning
Blaine did a wonderful job on our floor [which is 23 years old] he made it look new again. I want others to know you will not find a more honest man in this business than Blaine! We had agreed to apply 3 coats of wax to the floor after cleaning and he told us it looked great and did not need it. My wife and I highly recommend gold standard floor care! You can rest assured you are in great hands!!!!

Marble Etch Marks in Shower
Highly recommend Gold Standard Floor Care. Blain removed etching in my shower caused by housekeeper using the wrong cleaning products and my shower looks like new. Blain covered and protected all my wooden floor prior to bringing in his equipment and left my house spotless. Highly recommend his services.
Limestone Stains Removed
Highly recommend! Blain was very quick to respond to my request and provided a very fair estimate to clean my fireplace hearth. He was very professional, explaining the process and setting my expectations. He was able to schedule the work quickly and did a fantastic job! I would definitely use him again.
Sealer Residue Resolved
Blain rescued our tile floors after another provider had incorrectly applied sealant leaving each and every brush stroke of the mop visible. Blain professionally stripped back the old sealant, steam cleaned the entire surface and sealed the grout lines. He did this all until very late in the night the Wednesday before Thanksgiving on what I am sure was intended to be some well deserved time off. We are now able to move into our house this weekend thanks to Blain getting us back on track.

Just Perfect! Blaine comes every 6 months to clean our stone floors. He is efficient, courteous, always on time and cleans up when he is done. Could not ask for a better service for our floors!!
Grout Sealing in New Home
I highly recommend Good Standard Floor Care. Blain is a professional and the service he provides is excellent. I contacted him with very short lead time and he made time for me after normal business hours, wrapping up at my home around 9pm. I mention this because not many service companies would offer service after hours. I also thought the cost was very affordable.

He has respect for one's home and environment. I had my tile cleaned in the kitchen, two bathrooms and the entry way and then the grout sealed. He did an awesome job.
